From a small technical point I really like the menu. On the old VHS tapes you had to search the whole tape to find a spot you wanted to see. This DVD has a 32 chapter menu that takes you almost anywhere on the DVD without searching. That menu was big fun for me because I just learned how to make it.

DVD of PIONEER CHIP COLLECTORS
It took me a little while but, I have now re-mastered my video that I did of chip collecting Pioneers 14 years ago onto a DVD. I did the re-master for the 15 year anniversary of the convention. This new DVD is over 60 minutes long and has a menu with 32 chapters so you can go to the show or interview that you want. These 30 plus interviews from chip collecting pioneers are 15 years old combining two different shows. The first is an early chip show in Bellflower California before the first convention. The second show starts with the ribbon cutting at the first Convention in Las Vegas in 1993 at the old Aladdin and ends the convention at the club auction.

See and hear some of the people that started organized chip collecting. Many of us will never meet and this is a fun way to feel connected to a great bunch of collectors. Over 60 minutes on casino collectibles and the who’s who in the early days of organized chip collecting. There are interviews with early club officers, dealers and collectors. Besides showing some casino chips I also show ivory chips and crest & seal chips. I have updated some vital information and added a little music but the raw 15 year old interviews stay the same. This DVD tells the story about the beginning of organized chip collecting.
