I noticed that quite a few of the new members in the recent club mag. are from the mitten. Aside from friends before CC>CC, I've also bought/traded chips with several other Michiganders... So why don't we have our own local club? Though they are not listed anymore, I recall the Midwest club being out of KC... Quite a long drive to make a monthly meeting. So why can't we have a Michigan club? Or a Michianda club? Or a Michiandio club?

Are the any rules? Is there any guidance? Are there any requirements?
