1. Meet new friends (aka meet the face behind the posts). If you don’t leave the convention without meeting at least 10 new people, it’s your own fault….once you meet some of these guys, they will be friends for life.

2. Buy a Grab Bag. There is a lot of great stuff in these bags and it does help out with the building fund.

3. Search the “junk” boxes. It is truly amazing what you will find in these boxes. Almost every convention I’ve attended, I’ve found great deals in the “junk box”. I always start and end my convention in front of a “junk box”. Warning, you can spend hours going through these boxes.

4. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask! Some the dealers are from Vegas and they might have what you’re looking for back home in inventory. (Do this on Thursday/Friday).

5. Bring zip-lock bags (gallon size) with you. When you are packing on the trip back home you will want to toss loose items in these bags. Also when you put your chips and stuff in your carry-on bag (which is highly recommended) it is much easier for airport security to view the contents of you carry-on bag.
