from what I understand, the "Metro Club" is the fictional, top floor, private casino at the LV MGM Grand from the movie. I have yet to see the film.

Possibly the film company ordered the chips from Paulson with the movie title on them, then added the stickers for filming purposes.

I am getting a copy of the movie. I will scan images at that time.
