First of all, in my opinion, ONLY ONE person should have the power to remove a post..........that's you. I realize there are times YOU cannot do it yourself so you depend upon others. I personally dislike this policy and I am sure there are others who would agree with me.

I would find it totally unacceptable to have a post from me removed; let alone removed by someone other than you.
Power is a perception; I refuse to give anyone the power over me (to remove posts) only you. Spragg, probably unknowingly, never misses an opportunity to explain to someone new HOW he could have their post removed. I find this totally unacceptable because it will either irritate the new person or REALLY irritate me.

Perhaps you might wish to reconsider WHO you give this authority too as well as HOW these individuals use this authority.
