Your initial post used ebay prices to justify yours.
I pointed out you were not comparing like by like.
The chip is not as rare as you may think. I think 27 ebay sales bears that one out, most at below $100.
From the description on topshelfchips:
"There is also a small surface crack that I only noticed after looking at the scan. It is on the reverse side only, at about the 11:00 position and does not goe through to the coin below it."
