Bob, Thanks for posting another...

...viable option for packaging chips. You did a great job explaining your technique and it seems like it would work well.

In my case, I had no problem justifying the cost of the roll of cohesive corrugated cardboard as I conduct many small transactions with low-end chips. The envelopes are only subject to the 17 cent non-machinable surcharge and no other charges. I view the 6 cents per mailing as a good investment to help improve the chances of a safe delivery.

I am sure many chippers out there who do not conduct as many small low-end transactions will be very interested in your technique.
