Has anyone read the radius bend gauge and the hole size rules? Don't forget the address has to be along the long way, or it's non-compliant and not machinable. I went to the station and asked for the gauge for the thickness and they said they didn't have them. (also same as last time around)
Finally reading here I understand the 1/4" variance regulation. I didn't get it until today.
But thanks for the great scan of the post office adding postage due, when it's the USPS who put the postage on the envelop in the first place. We aren't alone, they don't have a clue either.
As for U-Line they are the best place I ever found for reasonable costs for small boxes that I use for shipping, tape and anything I use for shipping for the business, so tack on one more way they are the best. Be aware that once you order from them, you will probably be getting a catalog at least twice a year with everything they sell. The place is the best.
