Sheldon, it doesnt work like that.

For example, the London Hard Rock Casino was never ever owned by "Hard Rock"
Its a Grosvenor Casino, and they used to pay Peter Morton a franchise fee to use the name.
That 'franchise' does not transfer when ownership of the name is sold on.
It would be up to Grosvenor to try and negotiate a franchise with the new owners.
They chose not to, and the casino will revert to being a Grosvenor one on 16 August.

The London Hard Rock store has already closed as it was also a franchise.
Several franchised HR cafes in the UK will also close.
I heard that up to 46 will close round the world if not renegotiated with the Seminoles in the next 5 weeks.

The Seminoles bought Hard Rock for the 2 Florida Casinos only. Theyve been negotiating this deal since before Biloxi was even dreamed about. They could well sell off/close down everything else as they cannot benefit financially from the other operations.
