Please see page 35 in the CCTN Spring 2007 edition, V20, #2. However the phrasing occurs, it does appear that at a minimum, The Seminole Nation owns the name "HARD ROCK". They may license it, but it certainly seems like they have something to do with all of the "HARD ROCK" names everyhwere!
