you use its all going to eventually catch up and the USPO will start charging everyone the same rate. I have seen so many packages come to me from all over the US with such various prices I can not believe it. This is why Jim and I worked to find a better way of sending a 1-2 chip trade. I just put my stamps on it and put IT in my mail box and no PO visit at all. I dont even want to go into the PO unless it for stamps or a very large trade. I dont used confirmation delivery any more either, unless its a very pricy chip.

Please, if you are frustrated then try this method out and using this material as written by Jim. I have been asked by several people where can I get this material. Where there is all the info. GO FOR IT!!!! IT REALLY WORKS WELL!!!! I also believe it gets to people faster then the old way with a bubble wrap did.

I have shipped out over 20 envelopes in the last 6 weeks using this method without any problems. If anyone out there has received these from me please post and let people know that your chip arrived there safe and sound.
