This is a chip which appears to be from a defunct casino in Chelsea, England, called the Village. It is a 5 pound chip which was stamped without foil, then re-used for a casino in Curacao. There are not many of the Curacao chips around, and only this one has the Village stamp on it.

I have gathered a bit of information about it and the casino, but nothing certain tying the chip to the casino.
