I get most of my dice by buying a bulk lot of "Swag" on 
. This Joe Brown set I just picked up was in a lot of chips, playing cards and non-casino dice.
The other way I pick up dice is go to the gift shop, they sell for $1.00 - $2.00 a pair (and others will trade dice for chips).
Sometimes you get lucky and they will give you a free pair of dice at the slot club promotions area (along with playing cards).
Rose, if you keep this up, you will become the "Queen of Swag"
