The last Year of the Dog was Chinese year 4704 our 2006
The previous was Chinese year 4692 our 1994
The next will be Chinese year 4716 or 2018

On that basis only the 4704 (2006) Year of the Dog chips exist for U.S. casions/card rooms. In 1994 they had not thought of this ploy

Right off hand I know of Artichoke Joe's, Commerce Casino, Hollywood Park and Hustler in California as having issuded same.
