Denise mailed about 20 000 envolopes for me yesterday. She told the clerk when asked, she did not think they all weighed the same. The clerk weighed 1 and then handed her a book of $0.80 stamps and told her to put one on each. I can see getting away with 80 cents if it is a P.O. Metered stamp, but not out of a book. Maybe 82 cents, but not 80 cents. 4 days before at another P.O. 000 were $1.13 each.
