Many of us here know exactly how you feel, John. I've resigned myself to having to go to the local Meijers (a grocery store, for goodness sakes!) to do most of my chip mailing. For all but the bigger packages or more expensive chips I ship, I just use the business envelope/saf-t-mailer trick I read about here. Saves a lot of money, time, and consternation.
