It's a combination of all those things, mostly guide values, some cash can even change hands to even out trades, CAREFULLY! I wouldn't get my hopes up of trading with tokens, they have fallen out of favort! Just set yourself up, open up your binder or wander around, sit next to someone else, say, "what've you got?" Here's what I have, don't be intimidated by the volume of some of the traders stuff you will see is HUGE but everybody is always looking. Try to have a feeling in advance for what you'd like to get and what youd like to receive!! IMHO!
