I don't have much in the way of traders, mostly some commons, some fractionals and tokens. Are most trades done on a face-value basis or an actual value basis? Is it considered bad etiquette to offer tokens for chips, or fractionals for $1's?

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I don't want to come off as a complete convention newbie!
