The documenting has taken me over year and half to get it done for this main reason and have done this. According to this other CIA insurance CO. that Irwin and Phil have recommended does not need this info but is a bit higher in cost and also has a policy fee (not sure yet if this is a one time thing), but needs no apprasial unless one chip is over $5000, yah right ...The good news on this CO., it seems hassle free then my home owners even though it cost a bit higher.
