Wouldn't the "Official U.S. Guide" or "The Chip Rack" work as a appraisal?
If you have your chips all scanned and cataloged (very impressive btw) I would think that the pricing guides could serve as an appraisal. Maybe talk to your insurance agent and see if that will work.
