Sorry, Phil. I jsut read the policy brochure. They cover all perils except government confiscation, nuclear war, fading, creasing, denting, scratching, tearing, thinning, transfer of colors, wear, deterioration, dampness, extremes of temperature other than fire, neasting or infestation of insects, birds, other animals except household pets, work done on covered property, unapproved common carriers, loss of use, dishonest or criminal acts, voluntary partying with covered property, mailing or shipping losses if not reported within 180 days, checked baggage, property in a storage facility other than a bank unless scheduled, losses under $50 and delaer stock.
Even though they call it a burglary and theft policy, it looks like it covers many more perils, including fire and water damage.
