Thanks for the feedback. I do need an appraisal per my insurance CO and because it is not a normal type of collection and yes its worth more then stated so it has to be special rider and can not go under my homeowners policy. I do have it all documented, scanned and all on CD. So I guess all I need to do is find an appraiser.
