If you had read the entire post you would see it refers to folks who had not ordered a chip. If you had read the previous post, you would see that we would be shipping the chips to those who had tendered payment would be receiving theirs in that shipment. I am not physically in possession of the chips personally, but I will be seeing them myself on the 15th. I am sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
