Last batch of beer I made was supposed to be Amber Bock but turned into Stout when I accidentially used 2 cans of mix instead of one can and a bag of dry malt. The second can added more "thickness" to the beer - in fact you almost had to chew it. Was really good though and I am down to my last 2 bottles now.
