() Buying and selling of chips should be ideally restricted to the bourse floor with contracted table holders; or if collector to collector transactions in a private setting such as in one's hotel room, or at a lounge or restaurant/coffee shop as an example ... away from the convention floor. Just be "discreet" would be my personal advice.
