I contacted my ISP. We noticed that the IP address in the message that you are getting is not the same as my IP address as it shows on the BB. They seem to think that the problem is on your end, the IP address in the message is similar to yours. I will have my son e-mail you from his house tomorrow and we'll see what happens.
