I agree with you Michael. I think Saito would have liked to pitch one more and redeem himself for giving up the tying run. It is obvious Grady does not work the team on fundamentals. How many times in a season can you leave bases loaded. a good example was Pierre leading off with a triple. No out and needing that run. Left him at third. Anybody should have been able to sacrafice him home. We have the 8th highest payroll in the bigs, we should have at least the 8th best manager. I dont think we are even close. But , even with all that, I still think we make the playoffs, barely.
