I think the book mis-identified them. They've long been attributed to Chicago, but there's no real firm ID yet. I've found them in Chicago area antique shops and flea markets several times. My wife found a glass rolling pin filled with them once, unfortunately in bad shape. I haven't been able to find an address or other info on the West Side Club yet. Maybe it was one of those places that closed before it ever opened.

By the way, I have the original die used to make these dice....but I promise not to make any more!

It also appears in the Taylor & Co dice dies file that I picked up a few years ago. Taylor did supply dice for many of the Chicago area illegals... but they sold in Nevada too.
