1) He says a lot of them are in mint condition but that Hacienda chips sure wasn't. And, what's the deal with the Golden Nugget scan?

2) Since he has only sold one chip, and no other items, I don't anyone here is likely to have any experience with him.

3) He says "make offer" in the titles, so I would e-mail him an offer if you are interested and ignore the listing price, if you think the starting price is too high.

4) I would be pretty careful about this one, but who knows.
