Word is that the Seneca Indian Nation opened a small casino with 124 slots in downtown Buffalo Tuesday. If anyone is in that area, I would like to get some low face value TITO cashout tickets from that casino before opponents try to close it, which they say they will try to do in court next week. Thanks
