Helsinki had a casino called Casino Ray. It closed about 3-4 years ago (my best guess) and was renamed. I believe Juha Helpi was a dealer there. There were chips with finnish marks and with euros. I know Charles Kaplan used to have a FM chip in his trade/sell binder a few years ago, so you may check with him.

My father-in-law used to go to Helsinki on business, but has not been there for years. I sold about 6 on this board, but only have one left, which is in my collection.
