If fact, there are two chips that keep alluding me; a $25 Seneca Allegany grand opening chip and the NCV Black Oak initial opening chip. I know that part of the fun is in the hunt, but this is ridiculous. Contacted Seneca Allegany and they will not sell it unless you pick it up at the casino.
Are you making a trip up there anytime soon? Probably not, but had to ask.
