Looks like the first bid of $131 was placed shortly after the auction began by a bidder who has bid on just one item in the last 30 days.

The second bid of $133 was placed 1 day later by someone who has just placed 3 bids in the past 30 days.

Unfortunately because of Ebays stupid new rules of "Protecting" bidder identities, it actually helps shill bidders hide.

Some poor sap might get suckered into thinking that this chip is something special........
