If you just want to insert one image you can upload it using the "File Upload" button in the yellow bar above and then copy the URL that is displayed after the upload and paste it into the box below labeled "Optional Image URL". To display multiple images you need to upload them all - or host them somewhere else - and use the pic formating as described in the page reached by the "Formatting" link in the yellow bar.
