I will bring my 4 wheel scooter to vegas staying at the EXCALIBUR can i use it on the tram. to go to close to the RIVIERA. or do i have to run the gaulant of sidewalks that are not handicap friendly. some sidewalks ramps have a 2" or better dip. almost tip over. gary
