The club benefits when we stay there. Having said that, I have to admit not staying there...but I have rooms comped at Harrah's and just can't turn that down. Be patient when checking in; last three years they didn't allow checking in until noon; the lines were long. Two years ago my room was less than satisfactory but the year before that it was fine. The Riv people are very nice; very friendly and you should enjoy your stay. If full try the Circus Circus just across the street (a very very busy street); room rates are either the same or less than the Riv. The Sahara is also close and about the same price.

Since I won't be renting a car and will have to cab to the Palm from Harrah's can't offer you a ride but there will be someone to share a cab both nights.
