I was on my way to work when I got a phone call from someone who WANTED to buy my Condo. I called my Agent (just signed a contract 2 days ago) to see if there were any units left remaining (wasnt able to get the one I wanted 2 weeks ago - builder rejected us cause our condo was not on the market.) Well, got ahold of my father and he called the agency with the new complex only to be told that ALL 24 units were ON CONTRACT ..so this means SOLD OUT !!! I was p'd.

Called agent back to confirm this and immediately cancelled my contract with her. SO ...that means...no new home...guess I'll have to continue to pay $415/mth for my mortgage instead of $1200.
