- No voice activated dialing - not a minus for me
- Difficult to use keyboard (subjective) - I've heard differently
- No text messaging - 200 text messages included in basic package
- Short battery life - Blackberry has 4 hours of talk time, iphone will have 8 hours which is the most hours of any smart phone. Also, iphone will have 6 hours on internest or 7 hours of video play back. Short battery life is definitely not a problem
- Restricted to AT&T - I am already an ATT customer
- making a call requires navigating through several menus / buttons - I heard it was actually very easy

I don't see any of your points as being a negative for me. However, I could be wrong.
