Jay, I have been in the Engr and Construction

business most of my life. Safety has come a Loooooong way from where it was 20-25 years ago. I cant believe that deaths on construction sites are taken so lightly in some places. Out here in Houston we donmt predict any fatalities on a construction job.

Now with that being said, my biggest client is BP Texas City where 16 people died in an explosion a year or so ago. So I do understand that accidents do happen, but we preach that 100% of accidents can be avoidable.

We would never even take a job where there is a prediction of even one fatality. Things must be very different out in the West.
