Is that commonplace in Vegas? Our company based here in Houston runs 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 manhour jobs regularly without even a lost time, much less a fatality. I dont think we have had a death on one of our jobs in over 10 years.

I guess the safety rules must be a lot more discressionary out there.
