A few years ago, I purchased a Pro-Form stepper from series. While it was under warranty, a spring broke. It took 9 phone calls, 4 visits from repairmen and a 6 page long letter detailing every step I took in trying to get the thing repaired to the head of the company to get it fixed.
I should dig out the letter and post it. It is a hoot, but when you really think about it, it is pretty sad. Customer service from large corporations is, most often, a JOKE.
