The chips are from the set of the show "Las Vegas". The chips that I have sold, have a little more history than that.

Jimmie Johnson (NASCAR champion) did a guest appearance on the show. (Season 3 - episode #62 - titled "Urban Legends" - first aired 02/06/2006.) Here is a synopsis of the episode:

"An urban legend becomes true when Danny finds a guest in an ice filled bathtub missing a kidney. To avoid bad press, the lawyers want to pay him for his silence, but Danny and Mike have other plans and start to investigate a possible scam. Ed helps Sam treat a whale who suffers from really sweaty hands, which is starting to scare the other guests away. Jimmie Johnson comes over to the Montecito to be the final judge of a car convention, in which Delinda for one is participating in."

Johnson was given a set of the "Montecito" chips by the show. Johnson then auctioned the chips on to benefit one of the charities he supports.
