I am familiar with this set of seven chips as individual chips. However, it would seem that there is/was a framed set from the casino and supposedly, the chips are serial numbered "xx of 100". This pic does not have the resolution to see the serial numbering, but it is obvious that the set is framed and was probably done by the casino.

But my question is.... Is anyone familiar with there being a serial numbered set of these chips?
