Somehow, two of the days were listed wrong on my original post. Couldn't have been me. . . the keyboard must have a mind of its own. Here's the corrected version:

We're almost there! Only three more volunteers needed to man the tables during the show. They are all for Saturday. We also need two or three early-birds that could help load the club goodies (mostly display cases) on MONDAY evening, around 6 PM. Driving time is probably longer than the actual loading. And two or three volunteers on Sunday morning to return the stuff to the storage unit. Finally, the set-up on TUESDAY morning, around 9 AM, could use a lot more people. Like seven or eight.
