Just wondering what the criteria is for chip of the year:Who votes?Who nominates?What is eligible?When did this practice start?Which was the first chip of the year?How many years ago?Is there a list of COTY'S?
I ask because...well....I just want to know. PLUS.... I just received a gem and I think that it should be nominated if it already hasn't been.
