Actually the post says two conditions existed, and both weren't met yet (that isn't the same as saying neither were met). I had intended not to make public the fact they were delivered till we were sure there were no errors or problems. It may seem to be an over abundance of caution, however that is a skill that is encouraged in lawyers. The plan is to ship the chips from the gathering (got to make them folks do some of the work).
