As far as I know, the TSA will allow anything with an alcohol content % of 70 or less in checked luggage. I've put a case of beer into a duffel bag and flown it as checked luggage. I know that might sound weird, but I occasionally work in/fly into dry counties in Texas, and it's easier to bring my own than to drive 80 miles round trip to buy it there.
