I always carry a "travelling bottle" with me in my checked luggage since the restrictions. I would be very careful about glass containers being checked. Like others, I have had a glass bottle broken. Spilled boozed all over everything in the suitcase and even wrecked a few good clothes. With all of the free booze in Vegas you probably don't need much in your room. They also have liquor stores if you get desperate.
