I have been working on the 4th edition for 6 years now. I finally did a cut off date of April 1, 2007. To tell the truth, I don't know whether I will ever finish it or not. I had hoped to have it ready by convention time, but I know that won't happen.

The problem is putting values on the chips. That is the toughest part. Other than that, just a re-index and it is pretty much ready to go.
