Enterprise has 33 locations in Las Vegas. Their web site does show they rent at that location but hours are shorter than airport location. Link below to a list of all locations.

I've never rented from Enterprise. I almost always use Avis and have found their combination of price and service meets my needs best. I've been disappointed with several other renters in Las Vegas because of car condition, long lines, shorter hours, and other considerations.
